I loved this bakery, their bread is great and everything they do is usually very tasty. I had a bad experience today though which made me doubt their hygiene practices. An older woman who did not work there was standing in their work area, behind the counter, next to the fresh baked breads. When I asked the employee about the breads the older woman started touching them and telling me they were hot. I did challenge her regarding the touching in which she took offence and could not comprehend why that was a problem. The employee adopted quite a hostile attitude towards me. Which makes me think hygiene is not their top priority. As much as I want to support local businesses, I don’t think I will be happy to go again. Such a pity.
